➥ I'm working on your order during the week, day like night.
➥ I can work on your commissions on my days off, but please remember that it is my choice.

PROCESSUS

➥ When you contacting me, make sure to submit references. If you do not have it, please make sure to describe what you want and if you have a precise pose send photos. (are preferred).➥ Be SURE all the characters you are wanting are your characters or you have permission to be getting art of them.➥ I reserve the right to decline your commission if you do not follow the rules.➥ Ask me if you want to know what is your placement on my queue.➥ During the process I always send a wip of your order, you're welcome to say to me if you want something changed➥ You can ask me for wips but don't ask everyday, i have a life and other drawings.

PAYMENT

➥ If you don't pay i won't start your commission.➥ Payment is only via PayPal and in euro or dollar, I am not responsible for conversion fees.➥ Thanks to Paypal you can opt for payment in x4 installments from €30.➥ Take into account the price of your commission plus the goods and services tax WHICH IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.

Need to know

➥ Your order doesn't have priority if you're the first to pay. I start my commissions whenever I want.➥ In case of modifications after the sketch has been approved, or if you change your mind, additional fees will be charged. (+€5 per modification)➥ Since I work all week, I more or less choose my days off. Don't hesitate to ask me if I'm working or not to advance your commission.

Copyright & usage policy

I hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;➥ Promote myself with in any place or site.➥ I can display it anywhere➥ Post it wherever I want.The commissioner are allowed to;➥ Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.➥ You CAN PRINT the art and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.➥ If you want to promote the art be sure to credit the artist/me.
If you break the law, any rights you have to the design will be removed.
The following is considered Copyright infringement:Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially (Meaning making money of it in any way).
Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
Removing signatures.
Altering the artwork without my consent.➥ The only art from you that you are allowed to resell is adopts /customs that I state are allowed to be resold. But you still cannot claim the art as your own.

Cancelling/Refunds

➥ if i refunds it's probably because i can't finish your order. if you are unsatisfied with the product say me at the beginning.➥ I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.➥ You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from me under any circumstances after payment are received.➥ If you don't send the money around 2 weeks i can cancelled your commission
